Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our staffing division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales strategy to grow our client base. You will play a critical role in helping organizations find the right talent while expanding our presence in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, including networking and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placements.
Present staffing solutions and proposals to clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.
Track and report on sales metrics, forecast future sales trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
Participate in contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
